Yves Rougerie, P.Geo. is a graduate of Montreal's UQAM in Earth Sciences and brings over 35 years of experience in the mining exploration and development business. Mr. Rougerie was named President and CEO of the Company in March 2007 and was Chairman from September 2008 to December 2016. Mr Rougerie has acquired a wide range of experience in exploration techniques and project management pertaining to Uranium, narrow-vein Gold and VMS Cu-Zn deposits and has been involved in the discovery and development of several mineral deposits.
Mrs Nancy Lacoursiere, BAA was named as Interim CFO of Vision Lithium in November, 2016. Mrs Lacoursiere has a BA in Accounting Sciences from Universite du Quebec in Abitibi-Temiscamingue. She has more than 17 years of relevant experience including almost 10 years in the mining industry. She is presently the CFO for Cartier Resources.
Mr. Victor Cantore was elected as director of Vision Lithium effective upon completion of the Acquisition of privately-held Pioneer Resources at the annual general and special meeting of the Company's shareholders held on December 22, 2016. Mr. Cantore began his investment career in 1992 as an advisor for Tasse & Associates. In 1993 he moved to RBC Dominion Securities, one of the largest brokerage firms in Canada. Since 1999, Mr. Cantore has worked with both public and private companies organizing and structuring financings mainly in the resources and high tech sector. He has held directorships on the boards of directors of various private and public companies, including Amex Exploration Inc. (TSXV: AMX), Margaux Red Capital Inc. (TSXV: MXC), and Nitinat Minerals Corporation (TSX: NZZ).
Mr. Gagne has a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal and an MBA with a specialization in Corporate Finance from Universite du Quebec a Montreal. Mr. Gagne has more than 12 years of experience in the mining sector in terms of project development, operation and management. Mr. Gagne began his career being involved in the construction and commissioning of the Meadowbank gold project located in Nunavut. He was head of the mining engineering department for SGS Geostat, a mining services company specializing in computer-assisted mineral resource estimation services using cutting edge geostatistical techniques. Mr. Gagne also was the responsible engineer to support the open-pit operations for Glencore Zinc globally. Most recently, he was General Manager of Sayona Quebec and currently works for Greenstone Gold Mines, which aims to develop the Hardrock Gold Project located in Ontario and is also a director of Vision Lithium Inc.
