Hernan Zaballa is a senior partner at Zaballa Carchio Abogados in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was admitted to the Bar in 1989, and practices in the areas of Energy and Natural Resources (Mining and Oil & Gas) as well as in Administrative and Regulatory Law. Hernan was formerly a director of the Argentine subsidiaries of Barrick, Penoles, Northern Orion, Newcrest, and Polimet/Yamana, as well as Vice President of Pan American Silver's subsidiaries in the country. He is the author of several articles in specialized publications, and co-authored "Establishing and Conducting a Mining Business in Argentina." In addition to memberships in the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the International Bar Association, he is a member of CAEM, and FUNDAMIN as well as the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Association and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). Hernan also teaches law at the Universidad del Museo Social Argentina where he is a Professor of Rural, Mining, and Environmental Law.
John Miniotis has over 15 years of experience in the mining industry focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. He was previously the Interim CEO of Aethon Minerals Corp where he was responsible for overseeing the capital markets and mergers and acquisitions strategy of the company, which culminated in the successful merger with AbraSilver. Prior to joining Aethon, he was the VP of Corporate Development at AuRico Metals, which was acquired by Centerra Gold in January 2018 for approximately $310 million. John was also the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Lundin Mining, where he played a key role in successfully executing various acquisitions valued at over $2 billion, and was also responsible for Investor Relations. Prior to that he worked in mining equity research at Wellington West Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets and commenced his career in the Corporate Development group at Barrick Gold. Mr. Miniotis holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto.
Carlos Pinglo is an Economist with over 20 years of senior management experience. He has worked with both private and public companies in corporate finance, strategic planning, financial reporting, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions. Carlos' extensive background includes Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Eurotin Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Adriana Resources Corporation, Carpathian Gold Inc., First Bauxite Corporation, Medoro Resources Ltd., Controller of both Silver Eagle Mines Inc. and Excellon Resources Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors at Mineros Nacionales S.A.
Jeremy Weyland has worked in the mining industry since 2007, focused on projects, technical services and due diligence. Prior to joining AbraSilver, Jeremy was at Lundin Mining from 2017 where he held positions as Director of Project Studies and Acting Vice President of Technical Services. During his time at Lundin Mining he led the completion of feasibility studies for expansionary projects in Chile and Brazil, led the post acquisition integration effort of Lundin's acquisition of Chapada in Brazil and was the technical due diligence lead for Lundin Mining's acquisition of the Josemaria project in Argentina and the Caserones operation in Chile. Prior to Lundin Mining, Jeremy was at Kinross Gold for 10 years where he held various roles in risk management, strategic planning and projects, including secondments to the La Coipa and Maricunga operations in Chile. Prior to his career in mining, Jeremy worked in upstream energy at Centrica North America (Direct Energy), corporate credit at Scotiabank and engineering at Foster Wheeler. Jeremy is a Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mechanical Engineering) from Queen's University, as well as an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
Mr. O'Connor has over 40 years experience in the mining industry focused on the identification, acquisition, and management of mineral projects of merit. He was the founder or co-founder of five publicly listed companies based on projects in South America and managed the merger of three of these. With Explorator Resources, Mr. O'Connor developed the El Espino deposit in Chile to an open pittable resource of 230 million tonnes at 0.65% Cu and 0.2g/t Au, following which the company was sold to Pucobre (a Chilean copper miner). Previously he was in charge of early exploration for Western Mining Corporation at the world-class Olympic Dam deposit and later was Chief geologist of Peko-Wallsend in Australia. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree from Cape Town University and an MSc D.I.C. in mineral exploration from the Royal School of Mines in London.

Robert Bruggeman has over 20 years of experience in corporate development, equity research, and institutional sales & trading. He has a deep understanding of Canadian equity markets and the mining sector, having worked as a sell-side research analyst, desk analyst on the proprietary trading desk at TD Securities, and head of the sales and trading desk at a boutique brokerage firm in Toronto. Mr. Bruggeman advises junior mining companies on strategy, marketing, investor relations and corporate development through Alpha Advisory Services Inc. Prior to starting his consulting firm, he was Vice President, Corporate Development for a TSX-listed junior mining company. Mr. Bruggeman is a Professional Engineer (Ontario) and holds the CFA designation.
Sam Leung is Vice President, Corporate Development, of Adventus Mining Corporation with extensive experience in the mining industry focused primarily on corporate strategy, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Adventus Mining, Mr. Leung was Director of Corporate Development at Lundin Mining Corporation, where he played a key role in the evaluation and completion of several successful acquisitions valued at over US$3.7 billion and was also responsible for joint-venture related activities with Freeport-McMoRan Inc. Prior to Lundin Mining, Mr. Leung was a due diligence and strategy consultant for Hatch Ltd.'s advisory practice based in London and Toronto, and began his career as a metallurgist. Mr. Leung is a professional engineer (Ontario, Canada) and received a B.A.Sc. degree in Engineering Chemistry, with first class honours, from Queen's University at Kingston, Canada.
Jens Mayer is a Principal with INFOR Financial. Jens has 25 plus years of experience as a mining investment banker and was Head/Co-Head of Investment Banking and the Resource Group at Canaccord Genuity from 2000-2016. While at Canaccord Genuity, Jens helped build the firm from a small regional dealer to Canada's largest independent investment bank with a global reach.Throughout his career, Mr. Mayer has advised on numerous M&A transactions while at Gordon Capital, Yorkton Securities, Canaccord Genuity and now at INFOR Financial. Jens holds an H.B.Sc. from Brock University and an MBA from Queen's University.
Mr. Teasdale is a geologist with over 30 years of experience in mining, exploration, management of technical services, project management, and business development, at world-class mines throughout South America and Canada. Mr. Teasdale is currently Vice President Mining Evaluations at Wheaton Precious Metals International Ltd. He has also held senior roles with mining companies working in South America, including Lundin Gold Inc. and Barrick Gold Corp. Mr. Teasdale has over 18 years experience based in South America and was part of the discovery team and development team for the world-class Lagunas Norte high sulphidation epithermal Au-Ag deposit (>10MOz Au contained). Throughout his career, he has worked on world-class ore deposits including: Fruta del Norte, Lagunas Norte, Pierina, Pascua Lama, Veladero and Bousquet. Mr. Teasdale holds a Masters of Applied Sciences from the Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal, and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Montreal.
Flora Wood is a finance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading Investor Relations (equity and debt), mainly in the mining and steel sectors. She is currently with Altius Minerals, an AbraSilver strategic shareholder, and was previously with Sherritt International, Inmet Mining, Algoma Steel and Harris Steel Group. She has also been an independent director and Audit Committee member of Treasury Metals, a gold development company since 2014. She holds a BA and MA from the University of Toronto.
