On June 10, 2022, we issued a press release concerning our plans to change the company’s name in connection with a change in our business plan and direction. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

(OTCQB: WSFT), acquired by Emergency Response Technologies, a subsidiary of ILUS International (Ilustrato Pictures International Inc; OTC: ILUS) confirms that it is currently in the process of completing a name and ticker change as well as a change in operations.
