Resignation of Robert Perkins as Chief Operating Officer
On March 21, 2022, BIGtoken, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed by Robert Perkins, that he is resigning as chief operating officer of the Company effective March 25, 2022. Mr. Perkins will continue to serve on the board of directors of the Company.
