PART III - NARRATIVE
The Registrant is unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period because the Registrant is awaiting final review of its financial statements for the relevant quarter and completion of XBRL conversion of its financial statements. The Registrant currently expects to file its Form 10-Q for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021 on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date for the filing of the Registrant's Form 10-Q.

The Registrant anticipates reporting net losses of $1,200,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2021, as opposed to net losses of $2,172,180 for the same period of 2020. However, these results of operations are still under review and subject to change.
