State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-QSB, or N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

AiXin Life International, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020, due to last minute processing delays, including minor adjustments to the text of the Form 10-K and its financial footnotes, which delays could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company filed Form 10-K at approximately 8 PM on the due date. Inasmuch as the Company has already filed its Form 10-K, it is nevertheless filing this Form 12b-25 in accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, to comply with the provisions of Rule 12b-25 and avail itself of the 15 day period to file the Report provided by the Rule.
