ITEM 8.01 Other Events
On January 11, 2021, Alibaba USA notified the Company that its wholly owned subsidiary, Purge Virus LLC (“PV”), had its e-commerce catalogue/listing on the Alibaba Group Holding Limited (NYSE/BABA) global B2B marketplace go live @ [https://us1384134688isrj.trustpass.alibaba.com/?spm=a2700.shop_cp.88.7]. Management is working with Alibaba to confirm the listings for propagation throughout the system and PV’s mini-site and expects the process to be finalized within 24 hours.
