Item 8.01: Other Items
Blox Inc wishes to clarify the status of the three Concessions it owns, namely Pramkese, Osenase, and Asamankase.
The concessions have shown alluvial gold and one has shown diamonds. There is potential for hard rock gold deposits on all of the concessions which will require an additional sampling and drilling program to confirm and quantify.
The current status of the concessions is they are awaiting renewal. There is currently no risk that they will be lost.
