Item 8.01 Other Events.
Departure of Chief Talent Officer
On August 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Greenpro Capital Corp. (the “Company”), received notification from Yip Hoi Hing Peter (“Mr. Yip”) that effective on August 16, 2020, he would resign as chief talent officer of the Company. Mr. Yip’s resignation was not due to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
