Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors: Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

In a meeting held November 18, 2019, Vincent Risalvato was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors & CEO and Sunny Sweet has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors.  Having appointed new board members and officers of Pennexx Foods, Inc. Alexander H. Cook has resigned all positions and board seat with PennexxFoods, Inc. as of November 18, 2019.
