Item 8.01. Other Events

 

Formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong

 

On June 25, 2019, Vivic Corp (“Company”, “we” or “us”) formed Vivic Corporation (Hong Kong) Co., Lt d (“Vivic HK”), a wholly owned subsidiary company in Hong Kong.   We intend to use Vivic HK as the primary entity to carry out the new business development in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China (“Target Areas”), coordinate the cooperation with other business entities in Target Areas, and invest in the potential mergers and acquisitions in Target Areas.

 

The formation of Vivic HK showed that much more substantial progress has been made to grow our business and our operations have become more established in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China, which have massive market for our services and products.
