(the “Company”) filed with the Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities on the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it intends to announce its financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with an update on its operations, and conduct a conference call regarding the same on August 14, 2026.
