Specifications
OTC FIX utilizes the FIX 4.1 protocol standard as defined by the Financial Information eXchange Protocol Committee (www.fixprotocol.org). The protocol is extended to allow for functionality specific to OTC Markets Group and the OTC market such as Negotiation and MAX trade messages.
In addition to the OTC FIX Protocol, OTC Markets offers market participants and vendors the ability to connect to our Real-Time + Data Feed , which allows them to receive all quotes submitted to OTC Link (i.e. a Level 2 market data feed) as well as all OTC Link trade data.
