Pricing
The OTC Dealer application is available to broker-dealers for a monthly subscription fee of $ 275 per user. Discounts are available after 10 user licenses per firm.
The subscription fee does not include usage (OTC Link's Quote Position Fees or Trade Messaging Fees) or add–on service fees.
Usage Fees
- OTC Link® Quote Position Fees – Market participants are charged $.20 per security/per trading day for priced quotations and $.25 for unpriced quotations for all OTC securities. Listed securities are exempt from the position fee. Volume discounts are available.
- OTC Link Messaging Usage Fees – Market participants are charged $1 per security per trading day for unlimited messages in securities where they have a priced quotation. The charge is $1.25 per security per trading day for unlimited messages relating to securities that a market participant is not quoting or in which it has an unpriced quote. Volume discounts are available.
- Trade & Quote Privilege Fee – Market participants are charged $600 per month if they have access to use OTC Link for quotes or trade messages. Market Participants who exclusively have ‘View–only’ Dealer users will not be charged the privilege fee.
Add–on Services Fees
- ORFTM Drop Copy – Initial $500 set up fee and $500 monthly charge.
- AutoQuote – $100 per user/per month.
- OTCBB Quote and OTC Trade Data – $20 per user/per month
- OTC FIXTM – $500 monthly fee. Monthly fee allows for quote and trade submission messages and drop–copy service. Quote and Trade messages are subject to usage charges.
