The Company is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of products to the marine industry and main stream markets (on a private label basis) where the same technologies have applications. Theses technology platforms allow the Company's products to routinely replace those that contain caustic or hazardous ingredients, and provide these leading-edge technologies at comparable economies of scales to all channels of distribution as well as the end-user.
