On October 28, 2009, the company completed the acquisition of a license to use, sell, market, distribute and/or sublicense various products and services owned by Packetera. <br /><br />These products currently consist of:<br />Itokk's Npoints-Platform, an IP Telecommunications product that delivers innovative solutions and business opportunities designed to be marketed and distributed through resellers. Our target resellers are Telcos, Cable Companies, ISP's, VoIP service providers and Marketing organizations with existing services and sales channels. The products and services of the Npoints-Platform are designed to enhance existing services and can be deployed faster than most communication platforms on the market. The benefits for the distributors are they can more quickly integrate and go-to-market in rapid time with the Npoints-Platform developers API or with a fully hosted solution. An integrated Npoints-Platform will assist distributors in launching new value-add services, generating new revenue streams, enhance end-user experience, boost competitive advantage and help to win more subscribers.<br />In addition, we acquired the licensing rights to various products deployed through the Npoints-Platform that Packetera is currently developing, including the following:<br />Call-back and mobile VOIP applications under the trade names "itokk.com", "itokk.mobi" and "Itokk mobile". Softphone products under the trade name "itokksoft.com", which will allow users to make voice and video calls over the Internet; virtual calling card products; and social VOIP for web communities.
