Scott Gallagher has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in both publicly traded and privately held companies across multiple sectors, including online search, blockchain, wireless technology, and clean energy. Mr. Gallagher has held senior executive positions including Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Member, and has been instrumental in structuring and executing complex growth strategies, capital raises, and market positioning initiatives. In addition to his entrepreneurial and operational expertise, Mr. Gallagher brings a deep understanding of public company compliance, governance, and financial reporting. He previously held FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses (now retired in good standing), equipping him with a robust foundation in securities regulation, capital markets, and corporate disclosure requirements. As the current leader of Waste Energy Corp., Mr. Gallagher is focused on building a sustainable business that addresses the growing global challenge of plastic waste by transforming it into valuable clean energy assets.
