Issuer is also entering into the manufacture of other non food consumer products.
The corporate offices are located at 12150 Shiloh Rd., #120, Dallas TX 75228. Also at this location is a warehouse leased by a subsidiary of Issuer, where Issuer through the subsidiary, Rocky Mountain NexBev, Inc., will co-pack and distribute non food grade products, The equipment utilized is owned by a consultant group working with Issuer in turnaround efforts. The production facility are in good condition.
