Bo is extremely versatile holding long careers in both investment banking and oil and gas. Bo received a BS and MS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. Bo holds his PE in Texas and Colorado and has actively advised oil and gas companies on reservoir evaluation, asset selection and development strategies. Bo served earlier in his career as a production and completions engineer with Texas Oil and Gas, Inc. He has acted in an investment banking capacity and reservoir engineer for numerous companies on both the buy and sell side. Prior to his role with Arkose, Bo has maintained a consulting practice in engineering and business consulting and has over his thirty-year career participated in over fifty business transactions as a principal, advisor, broker and valuation expert. Bo currently is on contract and assists management and advises several operating partners managing holdings in private equity portfolios and companies. Bo has served on the Executive Committee of the McFerrin Center with the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University since 2000. He is active in various community and university sponsored endeavors to spurn entrepreneurship in college and masters students.
Mr. Hibler is a seasoned professional with extensive academic and professional achievements. He holds two master's degrees and has more than 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. Formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Chevron's $8B pipeline division, he was recently the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for DNO ASA, a Norwegian based onshore and offshore oil exploration company. He will be responsible for all finance, accounting, planning & budgeting, internal controls / compliance, process improvements, and Risk Management.
T. Craig Takacs, Co-Founded Dynalyst Manufacturing Corporation in March 2002. Having completed a private placement to raise capital from accredited investors, DMC then filed to trade publicly in 2006, leading to a successful market of its equity. In August 2009, DMC spun-off some assets from the publicly traded company to create a newly-formed and wholly-owned company named Dynalyst Corporation. At the completion of the spinoff, the original public shell merged with Universal Media Corporation (the forerunner to UMED Holdings, Inc.). Mr. Takacs currently serves as the Corporate Secretary for Arkose Energy Corp., which owns and operates upstream oil and natural gas production. Mr. Takacs received his BBA in Business Management from Texas A&M University in December 1984.
