TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec 1, 2014) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ISD) (OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, announced today that it is introducing the 'Digital For Sale Sign' for the real estate market, providing realtors with location-based broadcasting of listing information to mobile devices.

Utilizing iSIGN's award winning and patented technology and its Smart Antenna hardware, the Digital For Sale Sign, which is a world first concept unique to iSIGN, enables realtors to broadcast information about a residential or commercial listing directly from the listed property. The information being broadcast can include listing information, a photographic and/or video tour of the site, broker and agency information as well as solicitations for feedback on the listing being viewed. The system will gather anonymous (non personal) data that allows the realtor to see the traffic in proximity to the Smart Antenna and compare it do the number of times the information is being downloaded and viewed. The system is 'beacon free', meaning that there is no need for an app to be created and paid for by the realtor or downloaded by the viewer, with content delivered cost free to the recipient via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

The potential market for the Digital For Sale Sign is sizable. According to the Canadian Real Estate Association, as of May 9, 2014, there were 108,706 real estate agents across Canada. According to a May 2014 report from the National Association of Realtors in the United States, they have over 900,000 members. In the Toronto GTA alone, the Toronto Real Estate Board announced that transactions reported though the Toronto MLS system increased by 6.9% during the first nine months of 2014 to 73,465.

While the vehicle is sitting, iSIGN's mobile unit is broadcasting promotional material and contact info to mobile devices in proximity to the MOBILE Smart Antenna, thus potentially creating additional revenue opportunities.
