By order of the District Court of Clark County, Nevada dated April 22, 2016, Barton Hollow, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability company was named court appointed custodian for Guanwei Recycling Corp. Pursuant to such order, Barton Hollow is required to reinstate the corporations's charter with the State of Nevada and call a special meeting of stockholders, among other matters. As custodian, Barton Hollow has elected interim management to chart a positive course for the company going forward.
