Bill Willoughby, PhD, PE serves as a Director and Chief Executive Officer and President for Century Lithium Corp. Dr. Willoughby is a mining engineer with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of natural resources development. Since 2014, he has been principal and owner of consulting firm Willoughby & Associates, PLLC. Prior to that, he was President and COO of International Enexco Ltd., which was acquired by Denison Mines in 2014. He previously held various positions with Teck (Cominco). Dr. Willoughby has been a Professional Engineer since 1985 and received his Doctorate in Mining Engineering & Metallurgy from the University of Idaho in 1989.
Braam Jonker serves as Chief Financial Officer of Century Lithium Corp. Mr. Jonker is an accomplished financial leader in the mining industry with almost 30 years of experience. Mr. Jonker has played a pivotal role in several business recoveries and restructurings, was a key team member in management and at the board level in the strategic growth of a number of public companies and has participated, raised and overseen the raising of more than $750 million in the form of equity and debt instruments in the mining industry. He is a registered Chartered Accountant in British Columbia, (Canada), England, Wales and South Africa. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom and holds a Masters degree in South African and International Tax from the Rand Afrikaans University, South Africa.
Mr. Fayram is a 43-101 Qualified Engineer with a designation in Metallurgical Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mineral Processing Engineering and a Masters of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Montana College of Mines and Technology. Mr. Fayram has over thirty -five years of experience, focusing on metallurgy, pyrometallurgy and extractive operations for multi-national mining and metals producers. He has held several positions with international mining and metals companies including projects in United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Australia. Experienced and trained in Mineral Processing, he also has extensive industrial experience in mining, crushing, mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, electrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, environmental affairs and mineral economics.
Bryan Disher serves as a non-executive Chair of Century Lithium Corp. Mr. Disher is a retired partner from PwC Canada (Price Waterhouse) and has 37 years of experience with the firm's practices in Canada, Australia, and Ukraine. He has assisted companies with public offerings in Canada and the United States, acquisitions, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and governance. He served on the Board of Directors of PwC Canada for eight years, including a term as Chair. Mr. Disher currently serves as a Director for Rubicon Organics Inc. and Minds + Machines Group Limited and previously as a Director of Balmoral Resources Ltd. Mr. Disher is a CPA, CA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
Corby Anderson serves as an independent Director of Century Lithium Corp. Dr. Anderson is a Licensed Professional Chemical Engineer with over 40 years of global experience in engineering, design, industrial plant operations, corporate level management, education, research, and professional service. He holds degrees of BSc in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University, an MSc in Metallurgical Engineering from Montana Tech, and a PhD in Mining Engineering and Metallurgy from the University of Idaho. He most recently assisted Century Lithium as its Technical Advisor, Metallurgy.
Don Myers serves as an independent Director of Century Lithium Corp. Mr. Myers has over 40 years of experience in public company management and has provided corporate communications and investor relations for resource and technology companies listed on the TSX Venture, NASDAQ and Toronto Stock Exchanges.
Ken Owen serves as an independent Director of Century Lithium Corp. Mr. Owen has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry, holding management positions at De Beers, and Anglo American, including Senior Vice President of Anglo American South Africa. He also held positions as associate consultant with SRK Consulting, Technical Director of Mwana Africa PLC and non-executive director of Firestone Diamonds Plc. He holds a M.Sc. in Minerals Production Management from Imperial College, London.
Jim Pettit serves as a non-executive Director of Century Lithium Corp. Mr. Pettit is currently serving on the board of directors of five publicly traded companies and offers over 35 years of experience within the industry specializing in finance, corporate governance, executive management and compliance. Jim was previously Chairman and C.E.O. of Bayfield Ventures Corp. which was bought by New Gold Inc. in January 2015.
