Business Description

Cashmere Valley Financial Corporation is a holding company which operates primarily through its subsidiary, Cashmere Valley Bank. The Bank operates ten branches in North Central Washington. The Bank's lending and other banking activities are carried out in and around Chelan, Douglas, Kittitas and Yakima counties. The Bank provides loan and deposit services to customers, who are predominately small and middle-market businesses and middle income individuals. The Bank has a wholly owned subsidiary, Mitchell, Reed and Associates, Inc., which is based in Wenatchee, Washington and brokers personal and commercial lines of insurance, including property and casualty insurance, to a customer base similar to the Bank's.
