Mr. Hogan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Century Next Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Bank of Ruston, since June 2013, President of Bank of Ruston from May 2011 to June 2013. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Century Next Financial Corporation from September 2010 to June 2013, Executive Vice President, Business Development of Bank of Ruston from June 2009 to May 2011 and Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Bank of Ruston from January 2008 to May 2009. Mr. Hogan was a small business owner and Senior Vice President of Sales of a wood products company from 2001 to 2008. Mr. Hogan brings financial and business expertise to the Board which he has gained through his service on our Board since 1996 and his prior term as an officer of a hardwoods and architectural building products supplier. Mr. Hogan owned and managed a building supply company from 1991 to 2001.
Mr. Taylor has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Century Next Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, Century Next Bank, since September 2011. He is a Certified Public Accountant - Licensed in Louisiana and California. He has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. In addition, he has been and independent small business owner in the services industry, and he also served as a CFO in the agricultural industry. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Mr. Thompson is the owner of STC, LLC, located in Ruston, Louisiana. Mr. Thompson brings to the Board significant business and management expertise as well as knowledge of the local real estate market as the owner of a local construction company.
Mr. Coyle is an attorney in private practice since October 1976 in Ruston, Louisiana
Mr. DuBos has served as director since October 2020. He is a partner in the Breithaupt, DuBos, Wolleson law firm in Monroe, Louisiana. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University School of Law. He has practiced law in Louisiana since 1997.

Mr. McGehee is an entrepreneur and owns a wholesale distribution business and has some real-estate interests located in Ruston, Louisiana
He is a retired business owner in Crossett, Arkansas and has served on the board of various entities including the local school board, Rotary Club, and a scholarship foundation.
