He has previously worked for 12 years at brMalls Participaçoes acting as controller and in the last 7 years he served as chief financial and investor relations officer.
Fabio Sampaio de Lacerda, Business Degree, Graduate Degree in Organizational Psychology with a Specialization in Corporate Finance. He is a Senior Coach at the Integrated Coaching Institute. Previously, he has held executive positions in Human Resources at DHL Supply Chain and Nazca Cosméticos. At the end of 2Q21, Cogna had 829 thousand On-Campus and Digital Undergraduate students in the Kroton vertical and 45,000 Graduate students in the Platos vertical, served through 131 of its Post-secondary education units and 2,168 accredited Digital Learning centers. In Basic Education, the Saber vertical had 29 thousand students distributed across 50 owned/contracted schools and 21 thousand students distributed across 115 Red Balloon units. In comparison, the Vasta vertical ended the quarter with 1.3 million students served by approximately 4.5 thousand associated schools using core and complementary content solutions.
