and gas drilling fluid and steel pipe and piping products to the energy industry. Bri-Chem
Corp. sells over 350 different drilling fluid products and is a custom blender of cementing,
acidizing and fracturing chemical additives and distributes and manufactures carbon
steel pipe to the oil and gas fields in Western Canada and the United States. In addition,
the Company also distributes these products to non-oilfield related industries such as
mining, industrial and construction industries.
