"We are pleased to welcome Bill to Virginia Commonwealth Bank," noted Greene. "Bill's extensive experience in commercial banking and leadership roles will further our growth trajectory and advance our commercial lending goals while achieving service excellence for our customers within the Richmond market."

Mr. Bien joins Virginia Commonwealth Bank with 35 years of banking experience specializing in both retail and commercial banking in the Richmond region.  Mr. Bien most recently served as Senior Vice President in commercial banking with Park Sterling Bank after spending over fourteen years with First Capital Bank which was recently acquired by Park Sterling Bank.
