Mr. Dove is a Professional Geophysicist with over 38 years' experience in Oil and Gas exploration, development, project and company management of which 28 of those years involved management of private and public companies. Previously, Mr. Dove served as the President, and Chief Operating Officer of Dejour Energy (Alberta) Ltd., and as a Director of Dejour Energy Inc. Under Mr. Dove's management, Dejour reached 1,000 BOE per day within its first two years of operation.

Mr. Harman is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant with over 40 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry. For twelve of those years, he was involved in all aspects of the financial management of private and public companies. Previously, Mr. Harman served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of companies including: Canadian Superior Energy, PRD Energy Inc., and Axiom Oil and Gas Inc.

Mr. Kordy currently serves as the CEO, Secretary and as a Director of Gunpowder Capital Corp., (CSE: GPC), (OTCQB: GNPWF). Concurrently, he also serves as the Corporate Secretary and as the Interim CFO of Meryllion Resources Corp., (CSE:MYR). Since 1997, Mr. Kordy has assisted numerous publicly traded companies in both Canada and the United States with their corporate communication, corporate disclosure, corporate financing, marketing and investor relations endeavors. Mr. Kordy has successfully assisted several companies - including Advantagewon - with their Canadian "go public" mandates. Furthermore, Mr. Kordy assists Canadian listed companies in gaining access to the U.S. capital trading markets by providing them guidance and navigating them through the OTC Markets listing process.

Mr. Haber has been involved in corporate finance and capital markets for over 20 years. He has served as the CFO and Audit Committee Chair of many public and private companies. Some of the Boards Mr. Haber has sat on includes, XTM Inc. (CSE:PAID), South American Silver Corp. (TSX:SAC), Migao Corporation (TSX:MGO), China Health and Diagnostics Inc. (TSXV:CHO), High Desert Gold Corp. (TSXV:HDG), and IND Dairytech Inc. (TSXV:IND). Mr. Haber has also served as the CFO of various public companies including, Oremex Gold (TSXV:OAG), SEL Exchange Inc. (TSXV:SEL). Leitch Technology Corp. (TSXV:LTV) and Migao Corporation (TSX:MGO). Mr. Haber started his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoppers LLP). He is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant, with an Honours Bachelors of Arts Degree in Management from the University of Toronto. Mr. Haber was awarded his Chartered Director designation from the DeGroote School of Business in partnership with the Conference Board of Canada.

Stan Dimakos Director Mr. Dimakos serves as the Vice Chairman and as a Director of PACE credit union and savings, a successful financial cooperative with over $800 million in assets. Mr. Dimakos is also a principal in the Rockford Group, a real estate investment company with holdings in commercial and residential investment properties. Furthermore, Mr. Dimakos is also the founder and owner of the iconic Champ Burger restaurant on highway 10 north of Orangeville. Mr. Dimakos holds a business degree from Ryerson University.
