service allows companies to provide this critical up-to-the-
minute information free to investors. All bid and ask
quotations published by market makers on Pink Quote,
Pink OTC Markets' inter-dealer quotation system,
are displayed on a company's "Quote" page on www.otcmarkets.com. The detailed information includes
each market maker's name, bid and ask price, and size.
Without this service, only the inside market quotes (or
best bid and ask) are available and are displayed on a
15 minute delayed basis. Companies can sponsor the
display of Real-Time Level 2 Quotes for investors on www.otcmarkets.com and on their own corporate
website.

Display by completing the Level 2 Service Agreement. If you wish to subscribe to multiple Services, you must use the Issuer Services Agreement.
