On May 15, 2009, Semper Flowerss, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of Nevada to
amend Article 1 of its Articles of Incorporation in order to change its name “SF Blu Vu, Inc.” The name change and symbol change became effective with FINRA on August 17, 2009.
