The OTC Intelligence service provides compliance and communication tools alongside investor relations and business intelligence solutions for OTC-traded companies. The service includes:
- OTC Disclosure and News Service, which allows companies to publish financials, news and research that are available to millions of investors on otcmarkets.com as well as streamed through directly to each company's market makers.
- Real-Time Level 2 Quote Display, which provides investors with detailed market data to facilitate price discovery and market efficiency. The full depth of market maker quotations with bid, ask and size information is available in real-time for subscribing companies on otcmarkets.com as well as on their corporate website.
- Blue Sky Snapshot, which identifies the total number of U.S. states in which a company's stock is compliant with blue sky laws and the number of U.S. states in which the Company’s stock is not compliant with blue sky laws. Subscribers may also choose to upgrade to the Blue Sky Monitoring Service for a more detailed look at their blue sky profile, regular monitoring and advice on how to gain compliance in additional states.
